True-Self "Life Coaching"

This is the newest addition to the services we offer at Foundations of Light LLC. In today's world, so many people are just now awakening to their true potential. Many people have deep, personal questions about their lives and few find answers to those questions without a little directional assistance. That's what we offer through Foundations of Light True-Self Actualization--the means to connect into that higher consciousness aspect of yourself to determine the answers right for you.

You don't need someone in a suit sitting across a walnut-grained desk from you, telling you what you should do with your life and then laying out the detailed plan of how to do it. That's not what OUR "True-Self Life Coaching" service is all about. We want to HELP YOU find the answers that are right only for YOU.

To do that means that we function like an exploration guide through your secret ambitions and deepest intentions, helping you explore your hidden desires for self-expression, to unearth your true abilities, and reclaim your true being. We can do this in many ways, and you'll be given options that are most conducive for finding your True-Self (your Higher Being) residing within you.

Why we are adding this service is because there is such a need for spiritual direction in today's world--not religious dogma that dictates what you are and are not allowed to do with your life. Spiritual direction shows you how YOU can connect into your Higher-Self aspect to let It guide you throughout your life.

We all have this natural ability to connect into that Higher aspect of ourselves, but because of the distractions in daily life, we tend to block it. Understanding why those abilities are often blocked and learning how to reconnect into your own "Hermit" is the goal of our service. Once you learn how to tap into that True-Self connection, which is what I call "Honoring the Hermit" (hence the name and purpose of my books) you can define your own goals, set your own action plans, and create the life you truly desire. That's what this life is all about--living life from the vantage of your Higher Self perspective to maximize your life experience to its fullest potential.

The True-Self Actualization workshops that I've conducted over the years have shown me how eager most people are to create positive changes in their lives, because we all share these same basic needs and desires:

• Everyone searches for greater meaning to life than what they are presently feeling. 
• Everyone needs to feel they have a purpose for living, and needs to feel that they are contributing to the betterment of humanity in some way. 
• Everyone needs to feel loved and appreciated. 
• Everyone needs to know respect for simply being themselves and to feel admiration for demonstrating a skill or an accomplishment specific to them.
• Everyone needs to be considered an integral part of the whole entirety of human experience. There are no wasted lives--there are deeper meanings and grander purposes all around us--we just don't usually focus on those perspectives.
• Everyone needs to know that we are never alone--NEVER. We are all connected into a great energy force far beyond our wildest comprehensions that unifies us throughout our earth-based experiences and beyond.  We are all satellite sensors of the Great Source as it experiences itself through each of us. If we feel alone it is because we are blocking our connecting link. (Because we've shut down our "Hermit" connection.)
• Everyone needs to take control of their own lives--to stop giving that control away to anyone willing to accept it.  That means we learn to take responsibility for where we are in life at present and where we wish to be in the future. This is where your Personal Action Plans are created. But to know what you wish to change, you have to first determine where you presently are--and that means getting better acquainted with WHO you truly are--the magical Being within you. That Being has unlimited potential to create life in the manner most desired. That's why you need to learn how to connect into your True-Self to create the life that you wish to live.

This is a brief description of the "True-Self Life Coaching" service that we now offer through Foundations of Light True-Self Actualization. If you think this is something that will benefit you, write to me, Becky Holdorf, and we'll discuss the possibilities. 

Fees are set by what you need from me, whether it is correspondence and course materials from the True-Self Actualization workshops, or Reiki training, or poetry tutelage that enables you to better understand yourself. (Writing of any kind is one of the best vehicles to better understanding yourself, whether it's poetry or personal journaling, or more structured course content journaling to guide you through those self-explorations. I have a Masters in English as a Writing Specialist and have taught many writing classes.) We'll know more about what your needs are after corresponding a few times, and I'll provide a type of "Interests" questionnaire that will further pinpoint your exploration direction.

Most of all, I want to help you find YOU--the real YOU--your True-Self. Once you establish that connection, you won't need me again.
