Practical Uses of HYPNOSIS

Still considered the premier technique for transforming lives in the shortest amount of time, hypnosis can do so much more than simply helping people to stop smoking or to lose weight.

 

Any less-than-desirable aspect of our lives can benefit from hypnosis, including:

  •  Eliminating phobias and fear of all kinds (like the fear of flying, heights, leaving the house, or speaking in front of others; fear of certain people, certain places, certain animals, crawly creatures, etc.)

2.  Is there a behavior you would like to change?

4.  Are there healthier choices you would like to make? (eating better foods, getting more exercise, being more spiritual, etc.)

5.  Are there fears or phobias that you would like to eliminate?

6.  Would you like to simply relax more easily and sleep better at night?

7.   Are there educational opportunities you would like to handle better? (test-taking, learning faster, memorizing materials, establishing good study habits, etc.)

8.   Are there social functions you would like to attend but presently feel uncomfortable doing so?

9.   Would you like to share your knowledge with others but feel too shy or too self-conscious to be in front of a group?

10. Would you like to wake in the morning wearing a big smile, ready to face whatever challenges await you that day?
